Leah and Katie own two businesses together. One is, Better Growth, an agency to service start-ups in Sales, HR, People Ops, and Customer Success. While building that business, they came across an amazing space, and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to create a community in Portland for artisans and makers to host pop-ups and test out their brick-and-mortar concepts, which is Brick PDX. I had the pleasure of speaking at Brick PDX to a room full of makers in the Portland area. It had such a great energy and vibe and I’m glad that they hosted me! Shout out to my friend, Meghan, for inviting me into her and their world.
